My Review
We all wish we could spend a honeymoon in the Cayman
Islands. At least I sure do. That’s what Liz Adams and her fiancé Brad thought
would happen. Instead, they lost a very good friend, and they definitely lost
any leisure time on the islands.
I liked Liz Adams, the Private Investigator, and I really
liked the police and an investigator working together. What a breath of fresh
air. No poor private eye and cops fighting. No more posturing and the cops
telling the P.I. to stay out of it. This time Liz is asked to assist, and they
all work together. And this story all worked together too.
An enjoyable read. This was quick, mainly because I didn’t
put it down too much. This is the first book I’ve read by Stacy Wilder, and I
bet it won’t be the last.

ReplyDeleteDialogue is one thing that seems to come naturally for me. I do use the Emotional Thesaurus for dialogue tags. During the editing process, I try to ensure that each character is consistent with their unique voice.
